Orders

A} Where is my order?
To check the status of your order, log in to your account from our website. Click on ‘My Orders’ to check the status of your ongoing or previous orders. You may also check the status of your order by clicking on the link here

B} Can I cancel OR make changes to my order once placed?
You can cancel your order within one hour of placing the order on the website through the following mechanisms:
(i) Your account section on the website; or
(ii) Chat service enabled on the website. If an order is not cancelled within one hour, you will not be allowed to cancel the order. A complete refund will be initiated for prepaid orders that are cancelled within one hour of placing the order on the website. The money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us.

C] Do you allow returns?​
Returns are accepted within 48 hours of the delivery date on all orders placed Kindly follow the below steps to make sure the return request is processed smoothly.​
1. Make sure all the items are returned in an unused condition along with the invoice.​
2. Make sure all items are returned in their original packaging which includes price tags, labels, all packaging boxes, and/or any accessories.​ Please note - All return orders are subjected to a quality assessment.​

D} Do you allow refunds?
Yes. Refunds are allowed on all returned orders once they pass the quality assessment. Once the order is picked up, all refunds, if any, will be credited to your account in 7 working days.

E} When will my order ship?
All domestic orders, once processed are shipped within 7 working days.

F} Can I track my order?​
You can track the progress of your existing or past orders by visiting the “My Orders” section of your account.​ You will be able to track your order from our website or via a tracking link sent to you as soon as the order is shipped.​ If your order has been shipped and you still cannot track it, we would request you to wait for 12 hours before trying again.​ In rare cases, it might take the courier partner longer to generate a tracking link. You may also check the status of your order by clicking on the link here.

H} How are Taxes calculated?​
All of our product prices are inclusive of all taxes including shipping charges within India.​

J} Do you test elixiirss products on animals?
We do not test on animals. All elixiirss products have PETA Certification for Cruelty-free and Vegan.

K} What is the shelf life of elixiirss products?
All elixiirss products have a shelf life of 24 months.

L} Are elixiirss products safe to use while pregnant?
Our products have not been tested on pregnant women and lactating mothers. Please consult with your dermatologist before use.

M} How soon do out-of-stock products return?​
We work really hard to restock products that have run out of stock. Because all of our products are made from scratch, we cannot guarantee a particular date. You can stay updated on the restocking status by signing up for our emails.​

N} Do elixiirss products contains parabens?
No, elixiirss products are free from sulfates, phthalates and parabens.​

O} Can I use these products on sensitive skin?​
Our products are suitable to use on all skin types including sensitive skin.​

P} How do I know my products are authentic?
Our products are available only on our official website. If you come across any online shop selling our products, please report it to elixiirss.com.

Q} How do I check whether I am allergic to the product or ingredients​?
All elixiirss products are tested clinically and are suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin and are safe to use.​ If you are still unsure about the product’s reaction (if any) on your skin, you can conduct a patch test.
Follow the instructions below to conduct your own patch test.
Step 1: Apply a small amount of product onto a clean area near the jawline or behind the ear.
Step 2: Keep the area dry.
Step 3: Leave the product on for 4-6 hours before wiping it off.
Step 4: If you observe any redness, irritation or burning do not use the product. If the reaction persists, consult a dermatologist.
